Cant play multiplayer, but i can browse through web pages. please help?

i cant login to play any multiplayer games! i could do it 2 days ago. but at that time, suddenly everything reset itself. i reestablished the connection. but when i cant browse through any multiplayer games that i have ( fear combat, quake wars, unreal 2004). i could do it before, but i cant now. i scanned for viruses and reinstalled one of the games.. still when i click search on the multiplayer menu. no multiplay games appear (servers dont appear). it is written error or reset connection (Error). what can i do:? i tried to contact the internet provider. he didnt help and also the game support team.
