Every time i try to open the task manager it opens in notepad..pls help...?

the reason is there is a VBScriptFile.. something like that...which is in every folder i open.If i try to open,it opens in wordpad.I cant open my taskmanager or even if that's a virus anything like that i cant even install any antivirus.Its properties are ,it opens through some thing called...Microsoft (R) Windows Script Host.i dont know what to do...i tried to format the sys...and after that..even the same thing exists.is there any prob with the OS cd.pls help.
