Please help me out! 10 Points to the first person.?

Here is what I have done in the past with Cingular on the same problem I had as you. Contact cingular and ask for the insurance phone#. They will give it to you if you tell them you have insurance through them. You will then call the phone# of the insurance company for replacement of your stolen phone, sorry I don't have it handy. The insurance company will ask you your name, etc. and the incident. Since you have already reported stolen you are good to go. It will cost $50.00 for replacement. Then they will mail it to your address the same phone. Most of the time a referbished phone in good condition or a brand new. My only concern is because it was a few months ago, the insurance may argue that an issue for replacement benefits. Still, call them, you can explain you were in hope of it turning up. I hope I helped.
