Soriano (Cubs), Sheffield (Det) or Beltran?

The Championship Week is this coming week, and I have 3 injured Outfielders... Ordonez (Det) is in, I put in my back up Hart (Mil), but Sheffield was out most of this week... And Soriano was pretty good this week, but strained his quad tonight... And Beltran has been out, but might start Wednesday?? So this week it will be Hart, Ordonez, and I'm trying to figure out if I should put in Soriano, Sheffield, or Beltran?
