Will performers ever need to copyright "themselves"?

I dont think itd be quite like that... but im pretty sure you cant use someones image in anything without their permission. for example, if I took a picture of bill gates and put him on a picture saying "bill gates thinks that clothes washed with clorox smell great!", not only could bill gates sue me, but so could clorox. similar with movies. if you cant tell its not really them, it might as well be, and if they dont want to be a part of the film, well then youve got a problem on your hands.
