Early labour or bh??

Ok so i went to bed neally 2 hrs ago and i started getting contractions. After having 3 i started timing them and i noticed them coming every 8 minutes. I waited for 2 more then got up to run a bath with candles to see if i could relax but they were still coming every 8 minutes. My tummy is getting hard with them and im getting a weird feeling in my . It doesnt hurt and its not pressure, just hard to explain. With every contraction im slowly breathing as there really uncomfortable when they come yet not painfull. Can they still be bh? Or early labour? Im almost 38 weeks with my 4th baby. Please any help would be good. Baby is active also. I feel like i have to pee and getting a lil pressure in my bottom area?
