Should Cleveland Browns trade Derek Anderson to the Minnesota Vikings?

Brett Favre will likely retire, and the Vikings current quarterbacks are bad, with Brady Quinn likely to start for the Browns, I think Derek Anderson should be traded and start for the Vikings.
