Will someone plz tell me y i act like this? and im 14 and not on drugs geez?

How come when im md at people i growl at them and at night i have to stare at the moon and i have this weirdo deal with meat were it has to have blood in it kinda like i have to have rare steak. and when i clip my nails they grow back the next day and sometimes when i wake up im not where i was before when i fell asleep im only 14 and my teeth are sharper than others and my eyes are changing colors from blue to green and i can hear dog whistles and allot of other thing HELP!!! im not normal
