How do I put a photo on Photobucket and put it in blue so people can click onto it? 10 pts. for best answer!?

I have a Dell computer. I have photos stored in my pictures section. I am compute illiterate so please explain simply so I can understand. Once I get the picture on the website, how do I get the address of the picture? And then, how do I put the address in blue so people on Answers! can just click onto them easily??? THANKS!
