Re: ting, why don't politicians on both sides learn from prior scandals right in front of their faces?

I said on *BOTH* sides! Terminator Arnold was the latest right before The Weiner, Weiner sent pictures around of his wienie. (A picture of a wienie?! How grade school-ish ). And why is it that most guys who were polled on this topic, don't think that *ting* is cheating? Most women think that it is. With all these examples of cheating going on in the news, people/politicians are still not LEARNING from those examples! WHY?
